MORROW BOARD AND BINDINGS

Entries must be received by March 1, 2010. Videos can be any length, you may submit as many as you like. Winners will be contacted by email. MORROW Snowboards will be the sole judge and decide the winners.

You warrant and represent that a) you are the sole and exclusive owner of the footage, or have written permission from all parties to use this video, and b) the footage does not infringe on any copyright, privacy or publicity rights.

You will indemnify MORROW Snowboards and hold it harmless against any liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees arising from any claim, action, or proceeding based upon or in any way related to any breach of any warranty or representation under these rules.
